​​Lincoln University, PA,– Lion Media houses and operates WWLU 88.7FM and LU-TV from a multi-million dollar, state-of-the-art Media Center on Lincoln University’s campus. Lion Media aims to enhance the educational and professional experiences of students in the Mass Communications Center of Excellence, as well as those interested in becoming media and communications practitioners.

There are currently six radio shows and four TV shows produced at the media center, by students under the supervision of faculty and Media Manager, Ashley Sims.

 

 

They are The Early Morning Experience, hosted by, Donnielle Kirkland, Alicia Brown and Latoya Cottingham; Society Out Loud, hosted by Khadeem Hughson and Keira Ms. Kay May; Legacy Living with Reverend Faison; The Produce Section with Rhys Williams and Rich Lancaster; The Head Lion hosted by Taji McCullough; and #LUAfterDark hosted by Maria Vismale and Kenne Johnson.

Collaborations between Lion Media and other parties have produced positive results in past ventures. Lion Media therefore, welcomes any ideas for collaboration from interested companies or individuals for consideration.

The Media Center has superseded the professional expectations of a historically black university and will ensure that the level of success continues for years to come.
